What is it all about...is it for you?
I am a life coach and mindfulness metaphysician who enables women to overcome blocks in their lives so that they can aspire, believe and achieve greater expectations and personal fulfilment.
Although I support women 35 - 55 years young this is very flexible. any women who feel stuck and need guidance moving forward. To change thoughts, blocks and behavior patterns that may not benefit them and cause blocks to achieving their dreams.
This may be due to lack of confidence blocking motivation. we all want to reach their fullest potentials and to be independent.

Popularity, social advancement, better/improved relationships, confident appearance, personal security, pride in accomplishments, personal prestige, recognition, approval, independent strength. Coaching Consultation - introductory first session and setting the plan

Weekly homework assignments tailored to your goals

Occasional brief check-in calls/texts

If requested; one 30 minute phone call per week

Price; £45 per session
12 sessions booked in advance £500.
